Title: The whole story of Shincheonji member A, who falsely accused Kim Nam-hee, has been revealed
OP: coinisft (EX-Shincheonji Member)
- In December 2021, various media outlets reported that a member of the Shincheonji(SCJ) Church falsely accused Kim Nam-hee and was sentenced to two years in prison in the first trial.

2. In 2019, a SCJ believer sued Kim Nam-hee for “fraud”. However, Kim Nam-hee, who was not prosecuted, counter-sued SCJ member A in 2020 alleging “embezzlement, false accusation, and forgery of documents”. In February 2023, the Supreme Court confirmed the case and concluded it, resulting in a 2 years prison sentence for SCJ member A.
3. It was on the instructions of Lee Man-hee that the substantial truth of the case started to be revealed. In 2019, there were special instructions from Chairman Lee Man-hee. This information was already revealed in 2019 by article [Shincheonji declares war against Kim Nam-hee], which was also reflected in the court judgment.
4. From 2008, Lee Man Hee and Kim Nam Hee started living together. This was before Kim Nam-hee divorced her original husband, and both Lee Man-hee and Kim Nam-hee left their spouses behind and started an affair.

Kim Nam-hee joined SCJ in 2002 and was in charge of SCJ Apgujeong Center from 2003. She has been living with Lee Man-hee since 2008.
Until she left SCJ in December 2017, she was referred to as the “second in command” of SCJ, and as the “Mother of all nations” among SCJ members. She served as the representative of “Mannam” and “name redacted”.
Kim Nam-hee made AR and BB, SCJ members who attended the Apgujeong Center, work like personal assistants while doing household chores, running errands, and dealing with bank deposits and withdrawals.
5. On May 26, 2010, Lee Man-hee closed eight IBK(Korean bank) accounts in the name of SCJ(SCJ’s church funds) and transferred 3,000,000,000 won(~2,300,000USD) to Kim Nam-hee.

On May 26, 2010, 8 IBK deposit accounts belonging to SCJ Church (totaling 3,079,958,291 won) were closed and a cashier’s check worth 3 billion won was issued. Lee Man-hee gave the above check to Kim Nam-hee on May 26, 2010, and Kim Nam-hee opened a deposit account at K Bank L Center on the same day and deposited 3 billion won of the above check. K Bank L Center is Kim Nam-hee’s main bank.
6. Kim Nam-hee lived with Lee Man-hee for around two years, and in September 2010, she and her original husband settled for a divorce.

7. It is presumed that Lee Man Hee closed 8 SCJ accounts on May 26, 2010, and gave Kim Nam-hee 2,300,000USD(In the name of alimony and living expenses for the two of them) for the purpose of initiating a divorce and to live together legally. SCJ member A became aware of this fact and borrowed 2,300,000USD from the bank to give it to Lee Man-hee in order to keep LMH’s 2,300,000USD and gain his favor.

Around 2010, Lee Man-hee had Kim Nam-hee, a married woman, divorce her husband(Mr. I), and decided to provide her with a certain amount of money to be used as alimony and living expenses for Kim Nam-hee and Lee Man-hee.
On May 26, 2010, 3 billion won was withdrawn from SCJ’s account and transferred to Kim Nam-hee, who at that time deposited 3 billion won in a deposit account at K Bank L Center in Seocho-gu, Seoul.
After hearing this from Kim Nam-hee, the defendant decided to preserve 3 billion won in order to build a special relationship with Lee Man-hee. On May 31, 2010, the defendant received a loan of 3 billion won from K Bank L Center, withdrew it by check, and on June 3, 2010, the defendant gave a check to Lee Man-hee. Lee Man-hee deposited the check into SCJ’s account on the same day.
8. When the tax investigation began in 2013, Lee Man-hee pressured SCJ member A to misrepresent the 2,300,000 USD (Money received from SCJ member A) in order to evade taxes, as if Kim Nam-hee had borrowed 2,300,000 USD from SCJ member A and repaid it to the SCJ’s church funds. However, during the investigation by the prosecution, it was revealed that there was no evidence that Kim Nam-hee borrowed 2,300,000USD from Mr. A, and that a false agreement was made under Lee Man-hee’s instruction to conceal the fact that SCJ member A gave 2,300,000USD to Lee Man-hee. The false agreement (made to sue Kim Nam-hee for fraud) is merely a facade, and it has been revealed through the prosecution’s investigation that it was a forgery.
9. After Kim Nam-hee left SCJ in 2017, Lee Man-hee continually pressured and urged SCJ member A to take legal action against Kim Nam-hee.

Lee Man-hee sent messages to the defendant through Telegram from October 2017 to April 2018, such as “those who follow Kim Nam-hee are not SCJ members. Those who help Kim Nam-hee will be punished by God. It is wrong for those who gave money to Kim Nam-hee without me (Lee Man-hee) knowing, and it is wrong for those who received money and did not tell me. It would be a great help if you do what the head of Liaison ministry of the General assembly asks you to do. The defendant should file a lawsuit against Kim Nam-hee for fraud.” (…)
10. Lee Man-hee instilled religious fear in SCJ member A by saying “I will expel you”, and persistently coerced SCJ member A to take legal action against Kim Nam-hee for an extended period of time. Consequently, SCJ member A sued Kim Nam-hee for fraud on November 20, 2019.

Kim Nam-hee left SCJ at the end of 2017, and on 14th January 2018, SCJ attempted to expel Kim Nam-hee, also the suspect and A.R. and B.B.
The defendant claimed that the defendant, AR, and BB had suffered from Kim Nam-hee, and requested that they not be expelled from SCJ while claiming that they were victims.
The ‘Special order of the Chairman’ with the content ‘Report the one who gave money to Kim Nam-hee’ was announced to the SCJ members,
The members who reported giving or lending money to Kim Nam-hee were forced to take legal action against Kim Nam-hee for fraud or the recovery of the borrowed money.
The defendant, who had been continuously coerced by Lee Man-hee to sue Kim Nam-hee since approximately February 2018 due to their close relationship, eventually filed a false accusation against Kim Nam-hee using the false explanation which he had given during the tax investigation in January 2019.
11. SCJ member A went as far as embezzling company funds to assist in the living expenses of Lee Man-hee and Kim Nam-hee.
12. Therefore, SCJ member A is sentenced to two years in prison for embezzlement, false accusation, forging documents and usage of forging documents.
Through this court judgment, we were able to gain insight into what kind of person Lee Man-hee was. Despite having a wife, he stole another woman after manipulating her into a divorce. and in the process, he closed 8 SCJ accounts containing donations from members, embezzling over 2,300,000USD from church funds.
Furthermore, he made a SCJ member to falsely testify in order to avoid paying the tax on the 2,300,000 USD he received from SCJ member A. Additionally, he threatened member A (taking member A’s soul as hostage), stating “If you do not comply, I will expel you from SCJ”. He persistently pressured SCJ member A to take legal action against Kim Nam-hee for a prolonged period. Unable to withstand the pressure, SCJ member A falsely accused Kim Nam-hee and was sentenced to 2 years imprisonment.
This type of behavior is typical of con artists, and in particular, the act of using religion as a pretext to threaten someone with spiritual harm is a prime example of religious fraud, a servant of evil.
SCJ members are being manipulated by the fraudulent religious leader, Lee Man-hee, and his associates who are aware of Lee Man-hee’s fraudulent behaviors will not empathize with their conditions and will only regard them as an ATM machine.
Lee Man-hee carelessly destroyed 8 SCJ accounts and recklessly spent more than 2,300,000 USD as if it was nothing. I feel sorry for the SCJ members who have been deceived by such lies.
Lee Man-hee will soon pass away and return to the earth. Can’t you see that his entire body is deteriorating? After Lee Man-hee’s demise, I wish that there will be no regrets and I urge you to leave SCJ, a fraudulent religious organization, as soon as possible.

Question:
Do you know why MHL wasn’t charged with aiding and abetting if he orchestrated this false accusation?
(I am not familiar with Korean law.)
↳ Reply by coinisft (OP):
It’s because the person who was imprisoned did not take legal action against MHL.
Comment by Late-Cell2910:
And the plaintiff, Kim, didn’t press charges either?
↳ Reply by coinisft (OP):
This is a separate trial from that case.
Comment by Late-Cell2910:
I see. So she pressed charges in a separate case? Do you have records of the other trial?
Comment by Muchacho10513:
Can I ask when this article was published or released to the public—was it recent or from 2019?
↳ Reply by coinisft (OP):
Which article are you referring to specifically? The Supreme Court judgment appears to have been issued in late February or early March of this year.
Comment by Muchacho10513:
Yeah, I was referring to the Supreme Court decision. It’s interesting because SCJ hasn’t announced anything yet to the congregation—I wonder if they will announce something soon?
↳ Reply by coinisft (OP):
I don’t think they will make any announcement about this. It seems they do not wish to be mentioned regarding these matters. They are likely to hide the information or claim that it is all false, as they always have.

Wow! 2.3 million dollars! Now I understand why BB teachers pump up MHL as some kind of Superman in Revelation and Advance classes. He certainly deserves the title “Man of Steal” based on this post.

Great post ♥️. Thank you for sharing and exposing the embezzlement made by LHM (SCJ).

I had to omit parts of the text since it was too long and complicated.
Through this court judgment, we gained insight into what kind of person Lee Man-hee is. Despite having a wife, he manipulated a divorce, closed eight SCJ accounts containing member donations, and embezzled over 2,300,000 USD from church funds. This is not my personal opinion, but that of the YouTuber who revealed these facts.

Wow! Thank you for exposing LMH’s embezzlement. I recall that Moon (the previous LA GSN) was blaming other members and portraying LMH as the victim. Well, good job for following his footsteps—it’s even ironic that LMH suspended Moon for embezzlement too. 😂😂😂
Comment by coinisft (OP):
Wow… Was Moon eventually suspended for embezzlement??
Reply by Leading_Orange_7101:
I was told by a worker in the financial department that Moon embezzled the tithes for temple construction. If LMH had this on Moon’s long list of sins, that’s up to LMH.
Comment by choose2btrue:
No wonder my leaders, despite knowing exactly what they were doing was wrong, continued to do it. It seems they are simply copying what MHL is doing.
I really cannot understand why SCJ still exists—they are criminals, not servants. The SK government is truly useless.
Comment by coinisft (OP):
I completely agree. I think the instructors don’t know much about MHL.
Comment by choose2btrue:
It amazes me every time just to think about how many people are working for MHL without getting paid. MHL uses their free labor and donations from members, yells at them, rebukes them, and calls them names—yet those people still consider him their lord, the one who overcomes, the new John, the promised one. Are people really that stupid? Their numbers suggest “yes” to me.
Comment by Wooden-House1030:
I wouldn’t say they are stupid—they all have genuine hopes they believe will be fulfilled. It’s not entirely on them but on MLH.
Comment by choose2btrue:
You could not be more wrong! Without “them,” MHL would be nothing but a lonely soul in South Korea.
It is through “them”—MHL fulfills HIS vision on earth, gets his money, makes his name, and forms “SCL.”
Without “THEM,” Man Hee Lee is nothing.
Comment by Wooden-House1030 (Edited):
I understand—they do play a role. I was once “them” because of the hope I had that could only be fulfilled in SCJ, and my vulnerability was preyed upon until I decided to leave. That might be the same for others. But yes, the members also play a role.
Comment by choose2btrue:
You must be a Caucasian for sure. Your faith in God and Jesus is so genuine—unlike MHL, who only uses them to meet his own needs.
