Title: Lee Man-hee has nothing to do with Royal Family

I saw this photo while watching Mr. Skeptic’s video.

LMH mentioned that his grandfather was Emperor Gojong and his grandmother was Empress Myeongseong.(Queen min)
On 21 January 1919, Gojong died suddenly at Deoksugung at the age of 66. There was and still is speculation that Gojong had been poisoned by Japan [ko]. The idea first emerged and was widely circulated around the time of his death.[41] source wikipedia
Assassination of Queen Min[editAssassination of Queen Min[edit]
Main article: Assassination of Empress Myeongseong
In 1895, Queen Min, posthumously elevated to Empress Myeongseong, was assassinated by Japanese agents. The Japanese minister to Korea, Miura Gorō, orchestrated the plot against her. A group of Japanese agents entered Gyeongbokgung in Seoul, which was under guard by Korean troops sympathetic to the Japanese, and the queen was killed in the palace. The queen had attempted to counter Japanese interference in Korea. She and her court were pro-Russian in the immediate run-up to the assassination.[16] source wikipedia

If you go to Wikipedia, you’ll find information about Emperor Gojong and his descendants. There is no name for Lee Man-hee.
- Why does Lee Man-Hee claim to be a royal descendant?
Korean clans are groups of people that share the same paternal ancestor. They are indicated by the combination of a bongwan (Korean: 본관; lit. place of origin) and a family name. For example, the Jeonju Yi clan is identified by the city Jeonju and family name Yi.
Korean clans are used to distinguish clans that happen to share the same family name The bongwan system identifies descent groups by geographic place of origin.[1] However, a clan name is not treated as a part of a Korean person’s name.[citation needed] The bongwan and the family name are passed on from a father to his children, thus ensuring that person in the same paternal lineage sharing the same combination of the bongwan and the family name. A bongwan does not change by marriage or adoption.

Lee Man-hee is Gyeonju Lee(Yi) Clan and Gyeonju Lee Clan has over 1,300,000 people in South Korea.
The royalty of Joseon were Lee(Yi), but Lee is the second most common surname in Korea. The fact that Lee Man-hee is a Gyeongju Lee does not prove that he is a descendant of royalty. There are more than 4,000,000 Jeonju Lee and Gyeongju Lee combined in Korea.
In Korea, you can jokingly say that you are descended from the royal family because you are Lee, but if you seriously think that you are descended from the royal family because you are Lee, you will be treated like an idiot.
Korean clans are only important to older people, younger people don’t really care, and the royal family doesn’t have the social and political status in Korea that it does in some countries.
Most Koreans don’t know who the descendants of the royal family are and don’t care. I learned about them because of Lee Man-hee.
And it’s unclear whether LMH is Gyeongju Lee or Jeonju Lee. Sometimes he says he’s Gyeongju Lee and sometimes he says he’s Jeonju Lee. According to people in his hometown, he is from the Gyeongju Lee clan.
And he testified that his grandfather saw a great star, opened his eyes, and said a prayer. Did Emperor Gojong do that?
2. So what do the real royal family think of Lee Man-hee?

“We know that Lee Man-hee is pretending to be a member of the royal family,” an imperial official told CBS. The imperial official was offended and said, “Lee Man-hee is not in the imperial family tree.
“It is ridiculous to say that Mr. JeonJu Lee is a royal family because there are millions of JeonJu Lee,” the official added.
The official also revealed that SCJ had approached the royal family. “Shinchoenji followers often came to see the imperial descendant (Lee Seok, the real royal family) with gifts and asked to meet him,” the official said. “One day they invited me to tea, so I followed them, but when I saw that they were deifying living people, I thought they were taking advantage of the royal family, so I left.”
An Imperial official said that until recently, Shinchoenji had tried to keep the Imperial Descendant in touch. “Imperial Descendant once gave a lecture in Seoul, and Shincheonji members showed up claiming that Lee Man-hee and Imperial Descendant were related,” the official said. “I shouted at them and asked what kind of relatives they were and sent them away.

A video of Lee Man-hee’s birthday celebration on August 28, 2004, shows him attending the event as the chairman of the Imperial Cultural Foundation, Lee Seok, who is often referred to as the “last imperial son of the Korean Empire.”
In response, the Imperial Cultural Foundation said that Lee Seok had a personal relationship with LMH in the past, but had lost contact with him about 15 years ago. “He has been taken advantage of,” the foundation official said, adding, “Even recently, members of Shincheonji come to greet him with gifts, but he never meets with them.”

Question:
Is this the grandfather that taught him to pray and also saw the huge star come and visit him?
↳ Reply by coinisft (OP):
LMH says that his grandfather taught him to pray, that he saw the great star, and that he claims to have been the Joseon emperor who may have been poisoned (I have a video of this) and that his grandmother was the assassinated queen (Queen Min). His real grandfather may have taught him how to pray… but the claim that his grandfather was Emperor Gojong and that he is a descendant of the royal family is a lie.

He’s the biggest fraudster of today’s society and continues to lead a major worldwide deceptive movement called Shincheonji.
Comment by Proverbs-3-5:
It’s called delusions of grandeur.

🤣 Just another lie & delusion.
Comment by coinisft (OP):
He is very delusional. In Korea, we learn about Emperor Gojong in middle and high school, so it’s a lie that anyone can easily spot. Sometimes, I wish I could see what he is thinking inside his head.
Comment by datnewanimal:
For someone who claims that his authority is divinely given—as a manifestation of the Apostle John receiving visions on Patmos Island—LMH really loves to fabricate all sorts of ties to “earthly” people; Prince Hyoreong, Nam Sa-go, Tagore… I’m sick of it every time CHJN mentions any one of them.
Comment by RoleNo1887:
He really enjoys emphasizing his uniqueness as the chosen one through some vague, unverifiable things.
Comment by coinisft (OP):
If he truly received a revelation, he would have no reason to fabricate.
