Chapter 19 is framed around the marriage supper of the Lamb, which SCJ interprets as the moment when those who have overcome—the victorious believers from the Second Tabernacle—gather with God, Christ, and the spirits of the martyrs for a spiritual wedding feast. This event marks the judgment of the beast (Babylon) and the establishment of the twelve tribes. Those who are victorious become the new nation of God, “New Spiritual Israel,” ruling over the nations. This chapter closely parallels Ezekiel 39 and Matthew 25.
Chapter 20 is seen as the culmination of all fulfilled events. It features the capture of the dragon (Satan), the first resurrection, and the final judgment. SCJ teaches that the “first resurrection” includes those who died as martyrs and those who are spiritually alive at the time of the Second Coming—those gathered at New Heaven and New Earth. After a symbolic 1,000-year reign with Christ, the dragon is released once more, only to be judged finally along with all people. This leads to the final separation into heaven or hell.
These chapters 21-22 are treated as a retelling and visual representation of what was fulfilled already by Chapter 20. SCJ identifies the “new heaven and new earth” as the twelve tribes formed through harvest, sealing, and judgment, and the holy city, New Jerusalem, as the spiritual headquarters where God, Jesus, and the victorious dwell.
Chapter 21 describes the descent of the Holy City, the spiritual union between God and His people, and the inheritance of the overcomers. The city has twelve gates and twelve foundation stones, symbolizing the twelve tribes and apostles.
Chapter 22 features the throne of God and the Lamb, the river of the water of life, and the tree of life, whose leaves are for the healing of the nations. SCJ interprets this as the testimony of the one who has seen and heard all the events—the “New John”—who delivers the word that brings healing and salvation. Strong emphasis is placed on not adding to or taking away from the Revelation (Rv 22:18–19), which SCJ links directly to accepting the testimony of fulfillment from their appointed messenger.
Revelation Chapters 19–22: The Wedding of the Lamb, the Millennial Kingdom, and the New Heaven and New Earth
The Eternal Kingdom, the Judgment of the Dead, and the Tree of Life — Testified by the Overcomer, Lee Man-hee (이만희)
Revelation 19: The Wedding Banquet of the Lamb
“Let us rejoice and be glad and give Him glory!
For the wedding of the Lamb has come,
and His bride has made herself ready.” (Revelation 19:7)
This is not a symbolic celebration in the sky — it is the fulfillment of prophecy on Earth, through the promised pastor, Lee Man-hee (이만희), whom SCJ identifies as the Lamb’s messenger and bridegroom assistant.
The bride is not the entire church, but those who were harvested, sealed, and trained — the 144,000 from Revelation 7 and 14, and the multitude in white from Revelation 7:9.
“Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding supper of the Lamb!” (v.9)
These are those who came out of Babylon, who did not receive the mark of the beast. Now they wear fine linen, symbolic of righteous acts, and are united with Christ.
The Rider on the White Horse — The Word of God
“I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse,
whose rider is called Faithful and True.” (Revelation 19:11)
The rider is Jesus, and the white horse symbolizes the promised pastor who carries His Word.
“Out of His mouth comes a sharp sword…” (v.15)
– This is the Word of judgment.
The beast and the false prophet — Pastor Nicholas (Mr. Oh, 오씨) and his allies — gather to wage war, but they are captured. The rest are killed with the sword from the rider’s mouth — judged by the revealed Word.
“The birds gorged themselves on their flesh.” (v.21)
– A metaphor for complete judgment.

Revelation 20: The 1,000-Year Kingdom and Final Judgment
“An angel seized the dragon… and bound him for 1,000 years.” (Revelation 20:2)
This angel is New John, who has overcome the beast and testifies to Jesus’ fulfilled prophecies. He binds Satan, represented by the destroyers who deceived the nations.
“I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge…” (v.4)
“They came to life and reigned with Christ for 1,000 years.”
These are:
- Those who were beheaded for their testimony (martyrs)
- Those who did not worship the beast or receive his mark
- The 12 tribes of Shincheonji, sealed and judged righteous
This is the first resurrection — the birth of the new heaven and new earth.
The Final Rebellion
“After the 1,000 years are over, Satan will be released…” (v.7)
Even after 1,000 years of peace, Satan is released for a short time. He deceives the nations once more, gathering Gog and Magog for a final rebellion.
But fire comes from heaven and devours them. The devil is thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and false prophet already were.
“They will be tormented day and night forever.” (v.10)
The Great White Throne Judgment
“Then I saw a great white throne and Him who was seated on it…” (v.11)
The dead, great and small, are judged. Books are opened — these are the books of deeds, and another book — the Book of Life.
Anyone not found in the Book of Life is thrown into the lake of fire — the second death.
Revelation 21: A New Heaven and New Earth
“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth…” (Revelation 21:1)
“The first heaven and first earth had passed away.”
This is not a literal destruction of the cosmos. According to SCJ doctrine, this is the end of traditional Christianity and the beginning of a new spiritual world.
“I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven…” (v.2)
This Holy City is the Temple of the Tabernacle of the Testimony, established by Jesus through the overcomer.
“Now the dwelling of God is with men, and He will live with them.” (v.3)
There is no more sea — the world of chaos and Gentile teachings is gone.
“He who overcomes will inherit all this.” (v.7)
– Lee Man-hee is identified as this overcomer.
The Bride, the Wife of the Lamb
The angel shows John the bride of the Lamb, the Holy City.
“It shone with the glory of God…
The wall was made of jasper, and the city of pure gold…” (v.18)
This description is not of a literal city, but a figurative temple, made up of living stones — the saints of the 12 tribes, gathered and sealed.
Its 12 gates = the 12 tribes
Its foundation stones = the 12 apostles
There is no temple inside, because God and the Lamb are its temple.
Revelation 22: The River of Life and the Tree of Life
“The river of the water of life… flows from the throne of God and of the Lamb.” (Revelation 22:1)
On each side stands the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, one for each month. The leaves are for the healing of the nations.
This is the reality fulfilled in Zion Christian Missionary Center, where the revealed Word flows, and believers are healed and trained.
“No longer will there be any curse.” (v.3)
The curse from Genesis — the separation from God — is removed. His people see His face and bear His name on their foreheads.
Final Invitation and Warning
“Behold, I am coming soon! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy in this book.” (Revelation 22:7)
Those who hear and obey the testimony of the fulfilled reality — the physical events of Revelation — are blessed.
“Do not add to or take away from this book…” (v.18–19)
Only those who preserve and believe in the fulfilled word can enter the Holy City.
Final Testimony from the Overcomer
“I, Jesus, have sent My angel to give you this testimony for the churches.” (Revelation 22:16)
That angel is New John (Lee Man-hee, 이만희), who received the opened scroll in Revelation 10, fought in Revelation 12, and testifies to everything fulfilled from Revelation 1 to 22.
He is not Jesus, nor God — but the witness.
“Come!” says the Spirit and the bride.
Let the one who is thirsty come… and take the water of life freely. (v.17)
The Spirit = Jesus
The Bride = the overcomer and the church that belongs to the Lamb
It Is Done — Fulfillment Complete
With the end of Revelation 22, all prophecy is fulfilled. The old passes away, the new has come. The destroyers are judged. The overcomers reign. God dwells with His people.
“Yes, I am coming soon.”
“Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.” (Revelation 22:20)
